Within 30 nights of receiving your order, email hello@lorelight.co and we’ll refund you. You won’t need to post anything back to us.

Arrived faulty?

If anything arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we’ll simply ship a new one — no return needed.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us confirming your request.

Bought it as a gift? The same guarantee applies — just have the recipient (or you) reach out within the 30 nights.
